I had my consultation with Shaz, she was absolutely lovely & patient with me. She knew exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the whole experience.

I was extremely pleased with my experience today. I've booked a bridal consultation and wasn't dissapointed at all. My consultant (Farah) was absolutely fantastic and helped me choose an excellent set. She got my vision right away and also shared her experience, so was showing me the right pieces right away. Overall excellent experience. I'm really looking forward to collecting it in few weeks.

Another wonderful session with Nisha! She has a great eye for jewellry that both works with your outfit and suits you, and listens very carefully to what you're looking for, all at a very reasonable cost. Cannot recommend enough and am very excited to pick up my jewellry

An fantastic shop that I cannot recommend highly enough. Nisha gave us incredible service and has a fantastic eye for what I needed - she steered me through Indian jewellry and helped me choose something that matched my dress beautifully, and was incredibly patient with letting me try on as many different things as I wanted. Nisha was absolutely amazing with her knowledge and finding me right bridal jewellery for my day. With my bridal and jewellery come together I actually feel like bride. I came in for my bridal appointment booked in the Nisha, who was so helpful and explored different ideas. In the end, we chose something I hadn't originally come in for, however we found the perfect pieces for my big day. I cannot recommend Kyles to any future bride for their perfect bridal jewellery and for exceptional service. I can't wait to come back!

After making an appointment to have a consultation for my bridal jewellery at the Kyle's flagship store on Green Street, I can honestly say, it was the best decision I had made to complete my bridal look. I drove from Derby with my mum and sister with the intention of placing an order and that's exactly what I did! At the point of arriving at the store, everyone was really helpful and friendly. There wasn't one person who I felt wasn't. I had the lovely Komol who spent an hour and a half patiently showing me and helping me try on potential collections to wear on my wedding day. I was really chuffed I got her- she could have just said they all looked nice or try to sell me the most expensive set. But she didn't. She picked up on the style and intricacy of my outfit and suggested certain types of colours/metalwork to complement my outfit as well as me, and my features. I think it helped that I knew what I did and didn't like so we didn't waste any time in considering jewellery that I was never going to buy. I knew she was good but when Nisha (one of the designers at Kyles) walked past me a few times as I sat with this amazinngggg collection which I ended up choosing for my wedding, stopping to look, smiling and complimenting how nice I looked and how the jewellery looked perfect with my outfit, that confirmed how good Komol was! I never felt forced into buying anything, she helped me with choosing potential jewellery, but she let me decide myself. I would now always recommend any future bride to have a consultation if you're wanting to buy your bridal jewellery. It's the one day where all eyes are on you and your jewellery can either ruin, or make your final look. I wouldn't go back and change anything, I'm so glad that one and a half hours I invested has completed my bridal look and affer my wedding, I can continue to use each item over and over again! Disappointed with the service at times during my visit. My bridal appointment went well and staff member was helpful. However when I wanted to buy items for my family members the staff seemed a bit clueless and has no one seemed to have an answer without having to ask and struggle with simple calculations, the management were very helpful but perhaps Kyles should hire staff more confident. The model on the event day ended up being the most helpful and had excellent customer services skills. Not a bad experience overall but definitely not up to the standards that "Kyles" brand advertise.

Masroor was really attentive and patient as he matched up my outfit with various pieces. Masroor really listened to what I liked and didn't like and with his guidance he helped me make the right choices.

The selection of jewellery at Kyles was beautiful and unique. The service we received was excellent. Masroor took a lot of interest to select the perfect set of jewellery for my daughter who is getting married soon .  Will definitely recommend Kyles to anyone looking for jewellery for a special occasion.   

I cannot express how grateful I am to Nisha Dadi for giving my brother 100% attention in creating his royal regal look for his wedding in September. Her attention to detail was amazing. The service was amazing !! The price was soooo good for everything that I bought. I loved the advice. The style of necklace. Totally customisable and beautiful little extras ! I loveeeed it. I can't wait to see the finished product in two weeks !!

I booked an appointment to choose my bridal set. After looking forward to this ever since I chose an outfit I was beyond excited. I got to the showroom and was offered tea and coffee. I was introduced to a kyles designer and was shocked by her rudeness and how unhelpful she was. I went song with my sister and my 3 aunts and whilst they were helping brainstorm ideas the designer rudely interrupted to say she's the designer and she knows best. Her name was Priya and would highly recommend all brides to avoid her. Beautiful showroom, a bad member of staff. I still love kyles shame one person ruined my experience

Thank you Kyles Collection for a fantastic service,I was surprised that I won the competition, never expected it. The service I received in my consultation was second to none, I am over the moon with the collection which matches my outfit perfectly, can't wait to wear it!!

Loved my consultation, the staff were very friendly and helpful, my designer listened to what I wanted but also gave her input telling me what suited me and my outfit better, I will definitely be coming back to buy jewellery as its lovely!
